Cancellations and Changes Policy
Credit card details are to be provided at the time of booking. By giving these details you agree to our terms and conditions policies.
24 hours notice for cancellations or changes is required. If 24 hours notice is not given, 50% of the treatment/s value will be charged to the card provided.
We understnd that unexpected emergencies occur and are out of your control, although it is also out of our control. We appreciate as much notice for cancellations or rescheduling as possible with 24 hours being the minimum.
Please call us if you are running late. We will do our best to still fit you in providing we have the capacity. However, if we are back to back with appointments, your treatment may unfortunately, have to be shortened..
We ask that you present for your treatment at least 15minutes prior to your spa appointment to ensure we have ample time to prepare you for your treatment.
